Hard Disk Problem

I got myself a new WD Hard Disk 3 months back . It was running fine. From yesterday, suddenly it stopped working.

It runs fine for few minutes, then suddenly stops.

When I try to restart my PC windows is stuck at restarting. Can it be my motherboard problem. (I have to turn on my motherboard by short circuiting 2 pin's) or is it my HD?

When it stop's computer don't show any property of HD (like space left, remaining).
Try to open and get error like "Request could not be performed because of an I/O error."

System configuration?
Did you try changing the SATA cable/ports?

I found that it happened only when I ran MW3. I deleted MW3 and it's fine. :O
