Hard Disk Gonna be Kaput?

I've assembled a new system recently(configuration in my signature). The only old component is my Seagate 1TB HDD which is around 1 year old. From the last few days my hard disk is making jerking noises and movements(I can feel them when I put hand on my cabinet). Also my system is hanging occasionally and have gotten BSOD 2 times till now. So should I replace my HDD? If yes, then is there a way to clone my HDD on a new 1 TB HDD so I don't have to manually install Windows and other softwares and settings.

first install crystaldiskinfo to check/monitor hdd health.
CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World

for cloning you can see this:
Clone - Restore - Backup Hard drive using Free Macrium REFLECT Software(Tutorial):eTI

btw after cloning first install the new hdd only to confirm system is booting correctly & only after that install old hdd.

^^ As an alternative, you can use seagate's own sea care tools on seagte's support section, for checking drive health.
