[Query] Hard Disk Failure recovery or replacement?

I have a 500GB seagate barracuda 7200.12 hdd. This hard disk had failed some 2-3 years ago and i got it repaired/replaced as it was under warranty, now once again this hard disk is failing and it is making screeching noise. so now i have a few questions i have to ask.

1)On the hard disk it is written "Certified Repaired Hard Drive" so is there any chance this hard disk will be repaired/replaced by the company?
2)I have some important data of around 50-100GB on the disk that i want, but if I go to hdd recovery centre and they open the hard disk then the warranty if any left will get void.
so do hard disk recovery centre have good data recovery success? what is the cost of data recovery?
3) what is wise data recovery or hdd replacement??

If the warranty period is over, they will neither replace nor repair. Better to backup the data, if possible, and buy a new drive.

it is not possible to backup the data as hard disk is not getting detected, and if by any chance it gets detected it totally freezes the computer, when try to access the hard drive
