growth of IT industry if going cashless?

As we can see that most of the transactions are now cashless and payments are made online,online recharge etc.
So there must be the need of programmers and developers to create,design and maintain these database,transactions.
i wanted to know which jobs in IT sector will grow(like database administrator,cyber security experts,big data or web developers)?
what technology should a fresher learn?

In my opinion, Cyber security experts jobs will grow in leaps and bounds in the IT Industry. Those who are familiar in the cyber security work they are going to have a lot of growth in the future.
