a 450W PSU without PCIe connector is not good for running any good Graphics card. Get a new 600W local SMPS from Frontech, Intex or Odessy with PCIE connector. They will be available within 1k

^^is there any difference between PSU and SMPS???
There is no difference. I think he wanted to say PCIe power connector.

HD5670 doesn't require external power and hence any decent PSU without PCIe connector will also do the job.

Cilus is saying a PSU without the graphics card power connector. not SMPS.

& baba, the board mentioned by OP have PCIe X 16 slot. but we talking about the quality of the PSU. no dedicated power connector. can be converted from molex, but not recommended. anyway HD5670 is not power hungry at all.
