Graphics card buying

I want to buy a graphics card under 2k to 3.5k
I should be able to play all games [if possible] at playable frame rates.
IF not possible i only wana play POP forgotten sands, POP [2008] , GTA 4 at Mid settings

OP your best bet is to buy a 2nd hand in warranty 4670 for 3-3.5k. that should play gta4 at mid-settings. ask on techenclave/erodov for this card

GTA 4 at mid settings is a big thing to ask for in 3.5k.

GTA4 @ mid settings on a 15" monitor will yield nice frame rates.

9400GT performs lower than even 4650!!Why do you wanna go for a low performing card when you can get a better one in the budget??
