Graphic Card Woes

Hey all please provide a suitable graphic card for me spec are:
motherboad:Intel 865G
Processor:Celeron D
Budget: Rs 5000
pl suggest a suitable nVIDIA oR ATI Card
tell their price and specs too............
pl do it fast
it should be able to play games such as POP:Warrior Within , AOE 3 , FIFA , most of the latest games

If you want to play such games than an Ati X1600 will be sufficient. It supports dx 9, pixel 3.0, vertex shader,t&l. Or if you want a graphics card to last for 2009(i think so) then you should go for a GeForce 8400. These gfx cards are below 5000. Geforece 8 series supports dx 10 and pixel 4

^^The 8600GT costs less than 5k. No point in buying something like the 8400.
AFAIK, your motherboard has AGP and not PCI-e..
