Graphic Card under 12k and PSU (not in 12k budget)

Guys i wanna buy a new graphic card i have two GPU's in mind
1.ATI Radeon HD 6870
2.ATI Radeon HD 7850
if any other better performing cards are available please do suggest.
Also please suggest PSU.

What's the rest of the system config ?

GPU : hd7850 13-14k (i think FK has one at that price).
PSU : corsair 430w 2.5k

dont pick 6xxx series cards, the 7xxx cards perform upto 30% faster than their older counterparts.

pick up either 7870/7850 in your budget. favor the one with more memory, if possible.
afaik, the cx430 has a single pcie 6 pin, please confirm if the cards require one, or two connectors, as it may be inadequate.

650Ti is a nice choice.

none other than gigabyte7850 2gb for 12.5k

Get the one in Flipkart i.e. HD 7850 for 13K to 14K . It is more powerful than the GTX 560 ti or 650 Ti . Get it , you wont regret buying it.
And for the PSU you can buy a CORSAIR CX500 V2 @ ~3.5K .
