Graphic card for GTA 4

Am looking for a graphic card that can play GTA 4 under medium settings. My config is
Core i3 3Ghz Processor
4GB RAM
400W PSU that came with the cabinet.
My budget is about 5-6k.

450W PSU will handle provided its not one of the local ones like the one that shipped with your cabinet. get FSP Saga II 500W. will easily handle it.

Sapphire HD5670 512MB GDDR5 is available at ~3.8k at lynx-india and with the rest of the money Op can opt for a good quality PSU like FSP Saga II 500W @ ~2.2k or Corsair CX430v2 @ ~2.3k

Why not MSI or Sapphire HD 6670 1 GB GDDR5 card, available @ 5.3/5.4K. It is based on Northern Island architecture and offers perform far superior to HD 5670 and very close to HD HD 5750/GTS 450.
MSI HD 6670 @ 5.4K + FSP SAGA II 500W @ 2.2K = 7.6K. The cost can be reduced further by going for the SAGA II 400W PSU.
