GPU suggestion for 4k ??

Hey guys,
My friend's gonna buy a gfx card for 4k ... Gaming purpose.. max @ 1280x1024 .. So what do you suggest among these ??

1. HD 5450
2. GT 220
3. HD 4670

Also he has this default zebronics 400W SMPS... I guess he won't have to change that for these card right ??

The best choice is HD 4670. Check for the GDDR3 based version. It is best gaming card and will be able to play all the latest games at the mentioned resolution. HD 5450 anf GT 220 are basically HTPC card, not at all designed for gaming.
Sapphire HD4670 512MB GDDR3 Artic Accelero @ 3.9k will fit within your budget

If HD 4670 is not available, you can consider the older 9600GT for a slightly higher price. It's slightly older but a capable card giving tough competition to 4670. But mind you, only if 4670 is not available.

9600GT may blow up that PSU. power hungry.

Oh yes, forgot to mention that. op take note, that PSU is not powerful enough for 9600GT, might have to change it.
