GPU for CX 430v2

PSU -> Corsair CX 430v2
with 28 Amp on 12v line

Some cards on my list are

Sapphire 7850 2gb
MSI 660 2GB


Can they run on this PSU?

You Should not run GTX 660/HD 7850 (cause they consume 40W more than 6770 at max & i5 that consumes 12W more as compared to my 65W C2D + HD6770 that I run on CX430v2 )
Get atleast S12II 520W @ 4.5k
or
S12II 620W for complete future proofing

So to keep things safe i decided to go with this psu Seasonic ECO 600 watt

But now i have one new problem

here is the pic of motherboard

Now i need to know what to put into that socket. I have these two socket on my new psu

So should i put both of them into this socket or just one.
I am basically confused between this atx_12v (2x4) and eps 8 pin connector.

use the eps 8 pin connector and that atx_12v (2x4) is for compatibility with some mobos but basically they are the same thing.
