Good phone for video calling?

I want to purchase two cellphones for video calling over 3G. One for me and one for my parents. So which cellphone would be the best bet? I want one of them to be expensive (for me) and one to be, not that expensive (for my parents as they wouldn't need all the extra features). So which cellphones should I go for?

Wait for some time,as their are very good phones for video calling in market,but the 3G operator services are pathetic.Till the 3G network stabilizes,ther would be a lot of phones.Skype seems the better option for now.

Since budget is not specified,HTC Incerdible S has 1.3MP front camera.
Also Iphone 4 + Ipod touch 4G,both with Face time can be considered if Wi-Fi is available.

Galaxy S2 is too expensive for me right now. I am thinking of a phone under 25000/- My mind is on Galaxy S and HTC Desire S. Are they are any phones better than these two under 25000 rupees? I have also thought of buying Nokia C7 for my parents. Any other suggestions?
