Good cheap capacitive Tablet @ Rs.6990/- Only

I have searched many tablet within 10K price range but most of them are not worth to their price.But I found this Veedee D10 7'' Capacitive tablet Specs is similar to Samsung Tab P1010.
I think it will be very good product at cheap price.

The mail problem with these is 2 things are missing 1>bluetooth 2>GPS
Leave GPS. But we want bluetooth.
