Give me the expiration time for these mail services!

I wanted to know the account expiry time for services like hotmail,yahoo,gmail,rediff,etc ...Suppose we never login using our account then the mail service is deactivated/disabled/expired after some minimum amount of time..Plz post that info coz i just know it and it will also help others

Yahoo:-4 months (deletes all mails after complete 4 month acc inactivity) but it can be activated again

Yahoo doesnt delete accounts, its in thier FAQ, unless you want them to do it.
