jagdish, very good config for a perfect HTPC. Just change the Ram to some 1600 MHz ram like XMS3, Vengeance or Gskill Ripjaw. The reason is Llano has on-die memory controller with default 1866 MHz support and it is observed that Llnao GPU performance increases with the the frequency of the ram. For PSU, I'll suggest atleast FSP SAGA II 500W which is just 600 bucks costlier. It enables the OP to components in future like a Mid range GPU, couple of HDDs etc.

Cool config. Rep +1.
But to be on the safe side & to give OP some space for expansion in future, PSU may be changed with FSP Saga II 500W or even better Corsair CX 500W V2. (this one costs higher)

^^ Nice one jagdish.

Now, as OP's max budget was 30K, and the latest congif is of 28.5K, so OP may opt for some better speakers avilible from Logitech.

Oh, AFAIK, price of LG DVD writer is 840/-, not 675/-
