1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:My friend wants to play games like : Splinter cell,GTA 5,NFS RIVALS etc etc

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 35k [+2k max]

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: WIndows 7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 500gb

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: prefer 20 inch and above

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: UPS

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: within 2 days

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Assembler

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?

I have a query, how about replacing mobo with this?

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT Motherboard

Pls let me know the advantage/disadvantage of using this..

That mobo is based on very old chipset, AMD SB760, designed for older AM3 processors and support current AM3+ processors through BIOS tweak, and lacks lots of features present in newer AMD 9XX chipset which are designed from ground level to support newer generation AM3+ Processors. Also, that board is not recommended for a 6 Core Processor.

IF you insist then look for Core i3 4130 which is around 8.4K and a good B85 Motherboard around 5K

I want it to be under 35-36k max :(
How bout i3 2120 or 3210??

OT: I will be going to get the components in an hour.. ;)

Even that is not comparable to FX-6300's performance. At his budget, dual core processors should be avoided, although the 4th gen i3 processors can be recommended. But that too, hard to accommodate in his budget.
