i think a sticky on VRM will be helpful.work is going on & hopefully it will be up in near future.

well, look for these -
1. AMD HD6850 (preferably MSI Cyclone version)
2. AMD HD7770
3. AMD HD7750 (performance less than both of the above cards)
4. AMD HD6870 (is around 3K more than the above cards but worth the performance, and you also get a choice

TopSpeed has overlocked the HD6850 to 1GHz but i don't know how it performs against the stock HD6870. Moreover i just gave OP a choice, it's upto him now .But does this mean that buying an HD6870 for 3K more than the HD6850 is not worth it because the performance difference is meagre? I read that the HD6850 give a greater performance/price ratio, so it should be a good buy
