running games like skyrim,batman arkham city,crysis,cod,assasins creed etc in high res plus hd movies

my friend need a value for money pc for 35k,he wants to max out all games and should be able to play games for atleast 2 years with out an upgrade in the future. also suggest atleast 5 good graphics cards for his bcoz he ll b buying from shops[not online]so availability will be less.thanks

Actually, 960T is a hexa core processor with 2 cores disabled, making it a quad core processor.

in my opinion this is how suggestion be made to clear any confusion/misunderstanding:
960T+78LMT-S2P(rev 3.1)-->no overclocking+absolutely no unlocking to 6 cores
960T+880GM-D2H(rev 3.1)-->mild overclocking+absolutely no unlocking to 6 cores
960T+M5A97-->overclocking+unlocking to 6 cores

2. 960t is unlockable to 6 core.

And that applies to 4 core phenoms too.

The VRM circuit on mobo which provides the required voltage to proc is important esp when proc is 125w and above.
Cheap mobos dont have quality vrm and it can even lead to failure and fire when stressed (there are many cases).

I will say a ASUS M5A97 here.

Many People tend to overlook importance of Motherboard. For a Mid-High Range Build a good motherboard is a must. Its called a MOTHERboard after all

Better consider Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3 @ 4.8K. This motherboard does support overclocking + Unlocking.

sorry for taking you wrong 22 I have yet to research over the motherboards and now m doing so by reading the stickies Also, even i would suggest the Asus M5A97 as it is marginally better than the Gigabyte 880GM and provides full overclocking support and unlocking potential, whats more, it also has 2 PCI-E slots and supports crossfire just for around 1.2K more than the Gigabyte board

3 months ago i went to logtech shop in tvm to buy a pc for me .they didnt have the conf,then i went to 5 shops but all same result,none of them had a phenom but they will make u buy x2 260.i think these shops only sell products from which they get max profit,so i brought most of things online
