i'll suggest a few changes to both Jassy as well as Ishu's config:

1. change the motherboard to a slightly better one.
2. stick to a card that cost 10k or less, so the rest of the system stays in budget.

and a 20" monitor will be a good choice. keep price down without affecting performance.

^^ don't suggest that monitor. its really hard to come by. or suggest a 2nd monitor as alternate. cause anyone that been suggested that monitor (by us) returned with Samsung/Benq monitors. Sad !!! that monitor was nice. but overall the rig is good

but how is the motherboard?

i have already mentioned hd5770 in second suggestion. op mentioned in the questionnaire that he needs 500gb. also i say first spend on components that give you performance. more space can always be bought later.

was looking for a monitor which could also play 1080p movies.

^^Wow!!1080p movies on a 20" monitor!!NICE!..LG 2043T's resolution is 1600x900 so can't play 1080p movies!I wud go for d Acer model then.

I think 20" full HD monitor is not really a good choice. Although it will make movies and all look nice, but it will get really difficult to work with text and all while browsing the internet for example. I would suggest Dell if available or BenQ/AOC as second choice.
