I don't think there is anything which can be called Monitor Bottleneck. Your current Monitor is fine with any Graphics card.

There is no pint of getting a costly H77 Motherboards. Instead get Intel DH67CL-B3 @ 5.6K.

For Display, I don't think LG is a very good choice. Get something from Samsung, Dell or benQ.

Regarding, Ram, I guess you're talking about a single 8 GB stick. Otherwise get 4GB X 2 G-skill RipjawX 1600 MHz @ 3.2K.

Try to get a GTX 560 (non Ti) from Zotac around 10.6K, better for Full HD gaming.

BMG ftw!!
Apart from the suggestion given by CLius, I would liek to add one thing about motherbord:
You ahve selected ASUS P8H77-M, which is m-atx.
My suggestion for you is: Intel DH67CL @5.3K
Its ATX and you will save ~2.8K.

Change the motherboard, get Intel DH67CL.

For monitor, that LG one is a poor choice, just a simple google search revealed this :)

FOr a 23" monitor, get something like Dell ST2320L. Costs the same as your selected LG one, but performs much better, I am using it right now :D

First of all, you are buying a gaming PC, then why are you sacrificing over the GPU and Monitor part by getting a high end Processor? Ohh and if you don't know, for gaming, GPU>CPU. So getting a better GPU is the first step, and spending the rest on other things is recommended. Here is my suggestion for your gaming PC at 45k -

AMD Phenom X4 960T - 7000
Gigabyte G880GM-USB3 - 4800
Sapphire/Gigabyte HD7850 2GB - 15500
Corsair Value Select 4GB - 1100
Cooler Master 311 - 1800
Benq G2222HDL - 7500
500 WD Caviar Blue - 4200
Optical Drive - 1100
KB/Mouse - 700
Creative SBS235 2.1 - 1400
Seasonic S12II 520W - 3600

Total - 48700

I know I have overshoot your budget a lot, but it's totally worth it. Here's how -

>The Graphics Card can handle all games at 1080p on maximum settings, I am using the same right now.
>The monitor is 21.5 inch 1080p one, so it's a great deal and allows you to ditch that older one and step into the world of HD movie viewing and gaming.
>The Processor is a black edition one, also, the Gigabyte 880GM supports mild overclocking too, so it's a great deal if you decide to overclock your processor at a later time.
>Power supply is great, will have lots of headroom for overclocking both CPU and GPU.
>Don't buy the Altec Lansing BXR1221. It's a pathetic set of speakers, and I have had bad experience with it. Better get any good Creative 2.1 speakers, works best for it's price.
>Sacrifice 1TB HDD now to get all these components, add 500GB more later after saving money, and god knows if by that time, the prices may fall.

This config will totally outperform your i5 2320 based configuration in gaming. And ofcourse, HD7850>>HD6850. Check benchmarks to make it clear :D

EDIT - I saw that you want to reduce your costs. So you can settle for HD6870 for 11K instead of getting the HD7850. You will save 3K from this. And, IF you decide to get the HD6870, you can even dumb down the power supply to Corsair CX430V2 which is enough to handle HD6870. Here's an updated suggestion -

AMD Phenom X4 960T - 7000
Gigabyte G880GM-USB3 - 4800
Sapphire HD6870 - 11000
Corsair Value Select 4GB - 1100
Cooler Master 311 - 1800
Benq G2222HDL - 7500
500 WD Caviar Blue - 4200
Optical Drive - 1100
KB/Mouse - 700
Creative SBS235 2.1 - 1400
Corsair CX430V2 - 2400

Total - 43000

This comes to 43000, which is just 3k over your budget. IF you intend to decrease even more, settle for a smaller monitor like 19-20 inch one. Just make sure its resolution is 1600x900 atleast.

Buy HD6850 as planned. For that resolution of yours, may be you don't need 6850, but you should buy it cause it will give you a headroom for future up-gradation of your monitor without changing graphics card.

About, HD6770, its a low end gaming card, and would be better classified as HTPC card.

how is AMD RADEON 7750? for my 1366x768 resolutions its enough and i read aboout it. its consumes less power compared to 6770 and 6850 and its 28nm new architecture. waiting for your suggestions :)

here it is GIGABYTE HD 7750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 GV-R775OC-1GI Radeon PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Graphic Card

is it reliable to get gigabyte Gpu since i was looking for Asus or MSi or Sapphire :(

HD7750 ~= HD6850.
So, final buying option will depend on you.

what is HTPC?

In very short: CPU used with TV/big monitor mainly as Media Center.
Details: Home theater PC - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

RON28, if you could read THIS again, you will get a much better choice. I think you overlooked my reply. Read it again, I am pretty sure you might change your decision after reading that again.

@desijatt how is AMD 960t? I heard that it it similar to intel i3 2nd gen in terms of performance. thats why i choosed intel cpu...but i really love AMD graphics, they are cheap in terms of money and provide better performance. :)

but even AMD's upcoming trinity are comparable to intel's 2nd gen cpu, but they really did a n excellent job in integrated graphic performance :) one more doubt i have...i purchased laptop 3 years ago and i got a driver cd with it.

but what about PC's...where will i get driver cd as im going to get all components from flipkart or theitwares...an i have a bootable pendrive of windows ultimate 64 bit. does pc require bootable dvd's to install OS or i can install through pendrive also.

Iam really sorry for asking noob questions but i have knowledge only about laptops and this is going to be my first pc. may be you guys can understand :(

you are asking very basic things. you will get drivers with the purchased devices. buy from anywhere, it doesn't matters. because you will get those drivers in the device package itself. even you can download the drivers from web. you need a bootable medium to install os.

if the usb drive is bootable you can install windows 7 from it

and for the config. go with the config suggested by desijatt
