frequent disconnections in DATAONE

hello members...

my dataone connection disconects frequently. the link led goes off and then act led blinks... and this continues.. my phone line is perfect and its free of disturbance..

can anyone help me?

y don't u call the customer care and book a fault

Try to reduce No. of joints and connectorss in ur telephone line, instead of using a connector , wind it directly in wire and proper taping, only one connecter to the splitter and tell us !
ofcourse keep ur old cable safe.

I used to have this problem as I was using a parallel telephone line
I am using Huawei SMART AX MT 880 Modem

The problem got rectified when I removed one of my lines
