One can very well skip this and continue using v3.0.3. Just some minor security updates which I don't think are very important. Well that's just my opinion anyway. If you like being up to date, you might as well download it.

A bit in browsing and significant in menu opening speed(in Fedora 9). No noticeable change in startup time.
