This won't be possible.

Also Opera is not completely portable. I previously had opera stored in F drive and later on when I moved it to E drive on my new Hard disk, it stored a few settings to F drive and din't work as expected.

Yep. There are many Office 2003 portable version available all over the net but all are illegal.
