+1 for xperia sp. But you can check Xperia ZR. Better soc and extra ram.

you wont get the ZR for 20k....between the C and SP, the latter is better, if its 4.55 inch screen size is acceptable.
C has 220ppi pixel density while SP has 320ppi. SP has Gorilla Glass... C has 4GB inbuilt, SP has 8 GB. While SP originally came with Android 4.1, it can be upgraded now to 4.3 and 4.4 upgrade is also coming. The Ambience Strip in SP has additional feature where we can set it to light in particular colour for specific callers...
Battery wise, C has the edge though...

because Sony display's in 2013 models like xperia SP, L , C was very washed out compared to samsung counterparts..
they have started rectifying it this year .. xperia t2 ultra screen is amazing
wait for xperia M2 also see how that phone turns out ... that is one sexy piece of a phone.. don't even think about getting xperia C..

Performance wise Xperia SP is miles ahead of galaxy grand 2
Camera wise grand 2 is miles ahead of SP ..
Grand has a better display .. Grand 2 is a much better overall phone excluding Performance and design .. go and have a side by side comparison of both phones and see which suits you best..
if you can handle 6 inch Xperia T2 ultra is one step ahead of Galaxy Grand 2 at 22000 RS
