Error @ MsOffice 2003

hi Folks,
Here again iam with a pblm which i not before faced...

whenever i open my MsOffice 2003 word files , the file content is changed and depicts as like this......Data error [47 0F 94 93 F4 K5] & not showing my original text contents. this happens only to files in D colon. is this a Macro virus? also the PDF files can't be open fom the same drive. but the files (doc & PDF ) in other drives work well...

You are hit by the KamaSutra worm, run an anti-vir scan and stuff...

k, then which one i should use to scan.....here only McCafee...

Don't use Mcafee, go for Kasperskey antivirus or F-Secure antivirus, which has had tremendous succes in detection and removal of the Nyxem or KamaSutra Worm. The worm truncates files to 20 bytes and causes an error message when one is opened. The worm appears to be programmed to overwrite all files on the third day of every month.
