Hello, I have a 845 GVSr motherboard, 2.66 GHz Intel, 256 DDR RAM. The conputer wouldnt boot despite pressing the ON button, only after several attempts it would boot. At service center, I was told that SMPS has gone kaput. I got a new SMPS and upgraded my RAM. I got another 512 MB DDR RAM. Now, while booting I get an error that boot disk not found, when I press the reset button, it boots normally. Why is it happening so? Any remedies?

yup... the service center guys were right. but... now u have a new problem... u have to repair ur MBR.... if u're running winXP.. and u have a bootable cd, start the automatic recovery console and type "fixmbr" in the commnad prompt.
