Error 2275 regarding windows installer

i am facing error 2275 regarding windows installer. i cant't install eset smart scurity or the software which user windows installer to run.
recently i have installed xp sp3.


pls reply urgently.

1. Disable any antivirus/firewall you have.
2. Try downloading and installing the latest windows installer package from www.microsoft.com

did that nothing happened installed installer service for xp xp3 . that is windows installer 4.5.
