error 1722 There is a problem with this windows

i was installing dragon naturally speaking 8 and for the first time the installation stopped and computer restarted..
next time i tried installing the dragon soft i got this message and was not able to install software
so whats solution to it

Error 1722:There is a problem with this Windows Installer Pakakage.A program run as a part of the setup didnt finish as expected.Contanct your support personnel or pacakage vendor..

so any solutions

Try a Windows Update for 'Windows Installer' Update and then attempt a reinstall of the software.

java is installed in the system
and updating installer...
i think that windows itself is not genuie..so will that update work
how can update just that installer

i google..but didnt found much...
it says there may be some thing incomplete while installing in the first time...but i have no idea how can delete or undo those incomplete files

Hi,
Cleaning all Temp files could help. You can use CCleaner to do that. Also, check whether you have sufficient rights to install the software. May be these threads could help:
