earning $ from youtube?

guys, is there a way to earn some $ from youtube? like blogs, can adsense be applied in youtube too?

Is there anyway? I dont think so by just uploading a video can be earned something, but somehow it can be possible, if you do the right marketing for it, the more you have subscribers the more people will be interested and then can be the chances to get earn some bucks if you are really doing business through it.

no...adsense is out of question...one way I know, is to post a lot of interesting content targeted towards a particular niche of viewers...e.g. I have seen some cook posting cookery tutorials. During the video he mentions his website name and gives link in the end too...If I am interesting in cooking, I will definitely go to his website. So it is a place to market/advertise your website...and likewise...
