Dynamic IP update client required

I host my site on my own computer, i hae a broadband account, which changes the IP eery time i reconnect, i own a domain with freedomain.co.nr, this allows me to change my IP with a site line with my password and username, but you have to do this manually by pasting the link in your browser.

Can somebody tell me the way where i can get a dynamic ip update client so that it automates the ip updating process

the zoneedit and no-ip clients are for thier own sites, i remeber seeing a client with raspppoe dialer and ip updater
