Anyways You can try and convert a DVD to VCD By using various softwares like DVD2VCD ripper *www.dvdtovcdripper.com/
Or use TMPGenc www.tmpgenc.net/e_download.html
and later on Try extracting the audio via River Past Audio Converter www.riverpast.com/en/prod/audioconverter/index.php
