Download Flash contents from websites?

Hi Guys!

I am using Firefox 3.0.3 as my Web Browser. I want to download some trailers of movies those are present in *movies.yahoo.com but am unable to as they are in flash format and I am unable to find any option which can help me to download the same.

Please guide as to how can this be achieved.

Hey saket, u can use downloadhelper 4.02 . Use this link to download it *www.downloadhelper.net/ . U can also use realplayer 11 dude.
