Does digital signature is violated when two pdfs are joined ?

I have two pdf files (form 16 - part a and part b) which was given to me by company. If I join them by any means, will that violate the digital signature (same in the two files) ?
Please help.

Create a copy of both the files, merge the copies, check if the signature still exists.

it should.digital signature is assigned to a file & if you are modifying the content of that file by adding/removing then digital signature will fail to identify the file as the original one to which it was assigned.
