DivX to DAT?

Would like to know if anyone here knows of any software that can convert from divx format to the vcd format, DAT.

^^ Nero? I tried that but it wouldn't even split the converted files to two parts, which by default is a case for every vcd movie out there and oh yes forgot to add wanted to write the converted video to a cd. Well it will have to be a .DAT format for i want it to be playable in a VCD player, not that there's no DVD around. Btw have tried super video converter too but that too doesn't seem to break the movie into two parts.
