FX 4130 is just a slightly overclocked FX-4100 and based on same Bulldozer architecture, not based on Piledriver architecture like FX-4300. New FX-4130 also comes with a better cooler than the FX-4100. However, right now in India, both FX-4300 and FX-6300 have been launched. So grab obe of 'em.

If there's a choice between FX4300 and i3 3220.. go for i3..
The FX doesnt even beat the age old i3 2100 in some games
Id like to see a crysis 3 benchmark to verify tho
But if u can afford FX6300, then get it

As games are becoming more multi-threaded, a true quad core processor is being necessary for gaming. Check the Crysis 3 Benchmark where even a A10-5800K (It is an APU based on FX-4300 but lacks the 4 MB L3 cache and runs little slower) is beating all the Intel HT enabled dual core processors by a huge margin. So if the choice is between i3 3220 and FX-4300, I will go with the later with my eyes closed. However, if OP can spend little extra money, just get FX-6300. It simply doesn't have any competetion right now....

Get fx6300,apt for the workloads here, quite a good processor for the price and also quite fine for gaming.

As far as crysis 3 is concerned different sites have different results,as they have mostly tested on different parts.
Techspot's results would conclude fx4300 being better than i3 3220 but a tomshardware test results would show the things other way around.
In metro:last light test results from techspot,i3 3220 was a somewhat ahead of fx4320.
As of now between the fx4300 and i3 3220,they perform close with i3 3220 winning in more occasions, though generally close at 1080p.The HT does help it out in quite a number of games. In Metro:last light fx6350 which has near about same clocks as fx4320 but higher core counts was significantly ahead of the latter in the tests.

For monitor you can look for Dell S2240L ~8.5k.BenQ RL2240H is a TN panel based monitor.
S2240L would have better viewing angles and color production.
