Desktop upgrade furrry

HI,

Presently i have P4 2.4 Ghz + 845 GVSR + 256 MB RAM + 80 GB IDE HDD.

I am planning to upgrade to C2D could you please advice. My budget is 10,000 + amount earned through selling above components.

I won't be optimistic.

X2 7750 @ 3.5k
Biostar 780G @ 3.2k
2*1GB Corsair XMS 800MHz RAM @ 1.5k

Same HDD, minimum u'll have to shell out 8.2k, you have 5k.

P4 + 845 + 256MB DDR = Rs. 1500 - Rs. 2000(super optimistic) max.

better buy single stick 2GB RAM as to get benefit of max RAM upgrading.

Can you give me decent config for a PC under 10,000/- And is it good to get E5200 or E7000.
