Ans: This computer will be installed for monitoring temperature on 24*7 basis at my cold store. Hardware requirement to run this software is very basic. Computer should have to run for 24 hours.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: not a penny more than 15K.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: no

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Win7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: least is better.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: no need of monitor

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: I just want to build a CPU. No monitor. No UPS.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Comming Saturday

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?

Well By "Pentium G620 @ 3.1K " if you mean this "DUAL CORE G-620(S-1155)" , then I have a price update.
if by any means he is in Delhi , then At Nehru Palace ,its available at 2790 RS.
Not sure about the WAT thing.

In Nehru place high selling items are cheap compared to other placed online/office. Flipkart is selling G620 for 3.4k and in nehru place one can easily get it for less than 2.8k.

Good config indeed but now a days 500GB HDDs are available for 4.1k.
Also AsRock H61M/U3S3 and Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2H are better options for 3.2k.
