i5 - 4430 @ 13.2k
Aaus B85M-G @ 6.2k
Cm Hyper 212 Evo @ 2.2k [ for something cheaper opt for Hypex TX3 Evo @ 1.5k ]
Kingston Hyperx Blu 2x 4GB 1600 Mhz @ 4.8k.

selling your old mobo+cpu+ram will fetch you another 5k-6k. so you may opt for i7 4770 at 20k. although i5 will do good for gaming there is no harm in getting an i7 since hyperthraded cores may introduce good advantages in the long run for both cpu intensive tasks and gaming.

Thanx for suggestion. I wasnt sure enough about my PSU can handle i7 along with my current GPU. Is i5 4430 Haswell ? I have an old cabinet a local one, would it fit Hyper evo cooler?

No it won't handle i7 with 650 ti boost, it can handle i5...
for processor i5-4670 is better choice then i5-4430 IMO.

even if you get 30k you won't able to fit i7-4770 easily...

However for pure gaming no need of an i7 at all, avoid it, i5 is much more then enough...
Save your rest money then later invest in better graphic card as gaming performence depends a lot on graphic card and merely on processor

It can handle it no worries. i7 has a tdp of 80 watts which is certainly low compared to AMD FX series. I've seen people using FX 6300 TDP of 95 watts with GTX 650ti boost or HD 7850 with CX 430V2.

yes, cx430v2 can handle a GTX 650ti along with core i7 haswell/IB/SB just fine.

very easily. also i5 4430 is Haswell.

quite unlikely for hyper 212 evo. But hyper tx3 evo may fit. measure your cabinet height. You need to invest in a good low cost cabinet like nzxt gamma at 2.5k for good airflow, good cable management and support for hyper 212 evo etc.

Guys how's these -
i5 4430 (13.3k) / i5 4570 (14.8k) / i5 4670 (15.9k) - is there any much high performance increase ?
G.skill ripjaws x ddr3 1x8Gb -5.5k
Asus B85m-g -6.1k
since i'm not going to overclock is it necessary to get cooler rather than sticking with stock ones ?

> Get i5 4430. NThere's not much performance difference between the three processors you've mentioned and gaming performance is identical.

> No need of aftermarket cooler, but ensure proper airflow in the cabinet and use adequate case fans.

Guys i have a new budget recently modified this thread.
Can shell 24k on CPU+Mobo+RAM
and 5.5k on new cabinet and CPU cooler
I'm not sure my old cabby can occupy the evo cooler
Can any one explain what should i take into consideration if I had to retain this cabby with evo cooler
This cabby has no fans installed
I have Xtech cabby

^^ Hyper 212 EVO is not required for a Non K series Processor. Hyper TX3 EVO should be sufficient if OP is planning for the supported partial overclocking using BCLK increase.

Since, he is strictly not going to overclock, don't you think stock cooler of cpu should suffice??

but i have PSU- corsair 430v2 will it run such powerful GPU ?
well, it should handle it technically and maybe only without overclocking.
