cpu making huge noise

i think my cpu fan is making huge noise . some plz help...

You need to clean it. Or if it is clean and still making noise, may be its about to die. I remember a few years ago mine died like that.

intel p4 and the processor zone temp is around 68-69 when idle...

^^ u r location pls. & immediately reduce temp by blowing the dust away and some little modding.

BTW what is MOBO FAN? It is either cpu cooler fan OR chasis fan. Have u anyway attached any chipset cooling fan to mobo?
