CPU COOLER for CoolerMaster elite 310

i have a coolermaster elite 310 cabinet.
i want to buy a good cpu cooler. please suggest the best coolers that will fit in this cabinet.

config:
intel C2Q q6600.
gtx 580
2x2 DDR2 RAM
MSI P35 Neo


my target OC for the CPU is 3.6ghz. since these cpu's run quite hot, i need a good cooler. will a noctua NH-d14/ Noctua NH-c14 fit?

budget: 4-5k. but lesser the better

edit: there is no side fan. the only fan is the stock 120mm fan at the back as a exhaust fan.

CM Hyper 212+ can fit your case, but not sure it will take you to 3.6GHz.

CM V6GT is also a good option or Noctua NH-U12P-SE2 at 3.8k can do the job.

i personally am thinking of something in the class of noctua nh-d14.
And i would like to carry over the cooler to a Ivy Bridge platform(LGA 1155) in the next summers.

^^i think air cooler is better than water cooler as we may have a chance of leakage in water cooler.

i prefer air coolers myself. but WC can be considered as well if worth it.

Contact Itwares they are official distributor of Noctua product in India.But probably D14 will not fit in Elite 310.Consider next best Noctua USP12 SE2@3.8K.

Noctua D14= 160 x 140 x 158
