CPU Cooler and PSU Upgrade.....

i have this rig now....

ASUS P8Z68-V
Intel COre i5 2500k
CM ELITE 430
CM GX550w PSU
Seagate 1TB Barracuda
BEnq 22" LED Monitor
Corsair Vengeance 4gb*2 DDR3 1600mhz

i'm buying MSI R6970 2GB Lightning... for which i need to change the PSU ...

Suggest me a PSU tht will give watts for CF of 6970... (i'm guessing around 700-750w PSU)

And i will OC my CPU and GPU...... currently i've a stock cooler which won't suffice the req...

So, suggest me a CPU cooler also... budget around 4000 bucks....(wont exceed 4.5k)

i'm gonna go for CORSAIR.... but HX750 or TX750 V2????

also i'll buy an CPU Cooler.... so if i buy TX750V2 i wud save 2k which i can invest on cpu cooler....????

Look dude, Corsair HX Series are Modular PSU's & TX Series are non modular.

Don't just buy a PSU by looking at the Wattage Rating, take time to understand the efficiency level & certification.

Regarding the PSU - Keeping Future Upgrade in mind
as per your requirement a Corsair TX850w v2 - 6.8k @Media Home [but non modular]

Note--AX >> HX >> TX

After Market Cooler
Cooler Master N620 - 2.5k
or
Noctua NH-U12P-SE2 - 3.8k

Both of the above cooler fits inside your CM 430....

Hey guys i am going to need a basic cooler which improves the cooling and reduces the sound. I am having intel dual core 820 2.8ghz the stock cooler is not suffice when ever the cpu both core goes 100 percentage i can hear from 10 feet a generator is going on. I need to change this. Right now i am considering TX3 cooler. let me know how far its good when compared to stock one. Its suffice as i am not having any costly cpu
