the boot sector of that partition is corrupted so it is being shown as RAW.
try the Linux Live CD method first if it can be done the easy way.
if you fail, then
you may
1. use Testdisk to repair the NTFS boot sector. here is how Advanced NTFS Boot and MFT Repair - CGSecurity
2. use Recuva to recover the files in the corrupted partition.
3. Last resort: mark the partition as ntfs using the fdisk command under Linux.
