Right off the assembly line
Hey I have Bought a 7600GS I wanna connect my TV to my card
I was successful in connecting it to the tv I am able to watch videos
But Problem is that I am not able to hear the sound from my TV
Instead It comes from the computer. I have connected It using a composite
cable as my tv is abit old one. I has got only 4 composite connections
AUDIO IN/OUT & VIDEO IN/OUT. So for gettin sound what i shud connect my TV
with.
I have an ASRock 775Dual 915GL MOBO
The card has come with a connector Having 5 outputs S video, Composite,
HDTV, and two more composite outputs Whose functions i dont know But one is
red coloured & the other one is green

No pain....No gain
To get audio connect the audio out from ur mobo/soundcard to the audio in (RCA "red" and "white" connector) of ur TV. The gfx card's TV-out only has video signal.

That's right.......u need an adapter. This is the kind of cable u must get : *www.vertexdistributing.com/browseproducts/iPod-Compatible-3.5mm-Maleto-Two-RCA-Male-Cable.html

CONFUSED??
Do graphics card come with Audio OUTPUT??
Cause some are sayin that the red out from gfx card is audio out & green one is stereo out
And as my tv is old it has got only one audio in I think so its mono

graphics cards do not come with audio output

newer HDCP complient can pass-through audio through them though, but thats different

Why get confused? See, to connect ur pc to TV for viewing movies u need two seperate cable for audio and video.
*****The video cable will connect the tv-out of ur gfx to video-in of ur TV(yellow color).
*****The audio cable (the one stated above) will connect to the front speaker output (green color) of ur soundcard/onboard audio to the audio in (red and white color) of ur TV.

@killer
See if this is the connectors then it is called component connector.
For more details on component video see this: *en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Component_video
