Confused between Galaxy S 3/ Note 2

Buddies Please advice me for my future phone, both phone Samsung Galaxy S 3 or Galaxy Note 2, have a good configuration and I m really confused to select one.please advice me to select anyone. which would worth for at least 3 years.

Get Note 2 if you are okay with the size. The extra gig of RAM itself makes the Note 2 worth the upgrade
