Change the UPS toa APC BackUPS 600VA Rs 2150.
If you are planning to game in 1920x1080 a GTX660 is minimum that you should buy.
In this rig, your spending on the GPU is comparatively low compared to the processor despite it being the one of the most important component. So its not balanced.

My two cents.

if choosing i5, anything below a 660gt will be considered weak.
if choosing 650ti, anything above i3 will be an overkill in most cases.

[i3 + 650ti] or [i5 + 660] choose between two.

@ 1080p, [i3 + 650ti] will flawlessly run most current games with medium high settings and [i5 + 660] at ultra settings, but for future games(after 2 yrs), it may not be true even for a [i5 + 660]. 1080p gaming is kinda falls into very demanding segment.

if buying 660, go for 500w psu instead of 430w.

Get a 550W to 600W PSU. It will help you in long run. 430W may be inadequate in future if you go for a High Power GFX. 600W Keeps your options open. PSU & Cabinet are pretty much only future proof parts so invest wisely in them.

The price of The Processor, i5 3450 is little high. When I have checked last time in Kolkata, i5 3550 was available at 11.7K which is better than i5 3450.

i think i5 3570 (non k) is available for 12k. A member reported it in some thread here in TDF few weeks back.
