Configuration doubts for a high end machine....help plzzzz

6300+ASUS P5L ~ 14500
1Gb DDR2, corsair ~ 5500
200Gb Seagate SATA ~ 4k (I'd suggest not wasting a single rupee on SATA2, it's no improvement for slower drives)

and i guess the rest will fit in comfortable, and is easy to figure out. i might be a bit off with prices of ram and HDD, not been to market in a while.

I got my 250GB sata 2 seagate for 4050/-.
Seagate sata2 is actually cheaper than normal SATA of samsung or WD.

Can Someone post me a link to some website having detailed info. about Overclocking an Intel motherboard. Cuz When I checked the bios, All of the components are somekinda' ' locked '. I mean FSB and etc.
