[Complaint] Complaint About Supertron (Sapphire)

Hello Everyone,

I had purchased a R9 280x Toxic Edition in 2014 at that time Aditya Infotech was giving the service.
Few months back My card stopped working and then I had contacted Supertron (Raipur) who recently started giving service for sapphire products (Graphics card).I handled them my card R280x toxic to them and the Person I contacted to replied me that they will soon replace the card and gave me maximum time of 20 days.

After a month he called me and said "your card have arrived come and pick it up from our service center".When i reached there I noticed that it wasn't the same card i.e Toxic edition rather it was a downgraded model of 280x (vapor or something) not toxic, but I didn't said him anything and I accepted the card after installing it on my pc,My Pc wasn't booting with that card and I tried another card of my friend and the Pc booted up fine as normal.
Then I complained this to the Service man (I dont want to put his name here for some reason) about the problem and drop the card back to him.

Last Monday he called me and said that the company is sending me a r380 nitro version which is again a downgrade model as compared to r280x toxic edition and I have denied him that I dont want to take any downgraded model.
I told him that I want back my r280x toxic or R380x (both these cards are equivalent in performance as well as price) or I said him to refund my money.
But these supertron guys are Retarded they dont even know about Graphics card and they are arguing with me that which card is better in performance.
Till now there is no info available to me that where is my card.And how much time they will take already 3 months are over.
That person is avoiding my calls and messages,and he isnt replying me.

Please guys tell me what Should I do to get my card back it was around 28500 when I purchased it and the 380 Nitro is only about 19000 to 20000.
I dont want R380.

Please put your Suggestions here.

Please send a mail to the concerned in charge of Supertron and try to explain them everything and also ask for a better card. Okay.

Open a ticket with sapphire directly. I faced a serious RMA issue with Aditya Infotech and Sapphire helped to resolve it

a friend's sapphire HD7870 went kaput recently, & today's his last day of warranty. aditya infotech no more handles its RMA. just gave him info of supertron (Mumbai).

Same here guys my hd 6670 died in january . i provided Supertron with the invoice and gold membership details but at the end of the day wasted 4hrs sitting in there office and still they cannot give me RMA approval.

Those guys are fools....
Delivered me a R9 280x Dual version which was the lowes model in the series....
and the best part was again a dead card...

Please guys tell me what to do...
How do I contact sapphire directly other then the ticket based system..(as they are not responding to my ticket).

I want the toxic version only or a R9 380x or refund...
