You are wrong this time brother (and I dont know about other times ).
If you are a bit technical, you should have asked for Server IPs of the servers you
doubt, as this is the way everybody follows.

You know one thing, being polite to other members of the forum is the first
condition in the TOS of a forum you accept while registering. I think you also have
read the TOS of ThinkDigit, right? So please be civilized while making a direct
comment or at least have some technical proof, nobody will believe your predictions
as everything is technical here

It means warez linking is not allowed too, along with warez hosting.

Actually this is for our reseller hosting customers, we do not allow you to provide free hosting commercially and publicly, for the wellness of other clients on the shared server.

3. Game Sites - what are wrong with those ? Are they illegal in any way ?

Game sites where people offer to play online games to everyone, which leads to high server load.

4. Public Download Sites - neither will any person in his right mind use precious low bandwidth plans like these for hosting files (a big waste of money), nor is this thing illegal in any way.

Not everybody thinks in same way. Precautions are necessary for reliable service.

You can obviously share it, no problems, but you can't share like 700 MB of a CD for your friends to download

It means this plan is for hosting, not to have a backup. And yes Audio/Video streaming from the server is not allowed, you can show them in your site from others like YouTube and all.

bcoz this is how cheap hosters survive . At any time no one can fillup their allocated webspace, bcoz of several hidden rules imposed on users. Also most hosters run script to determine files larger than some size and delete them then...so you get no guarantee for files which are larger in size regardless of content legality.

You're talking as if it's unlimited badwidth and too much download even though it's well within what customers paid for is excessive bandwidth

Such kind of conditions are overboard!

As an advice I would certainly suggest you move to a better reseller host than with whomever you are with the existing conditions if growing your business is important to you.

sorry but you are too ignorant to post anything here. My initial post commenting on dual core got nothing to do with your server config nor anything serious....just a offtopic comment.

So far from your replies I could understand that you know nothing technical to prove what you are and your offerings. And Mind you its not only you are here to offer hosting services and special offers for digit members. There are many like cyrus, ravi and few other have been offering this for long time and gained trust among ourselves. Its better you keep off from here rather than posting useless and junk replies for our queries.

And finally who want your reputaion or appraisal....anyone can create an id just for posting in bazaar section to fool others.
