Challenge: The cheapest Config

This thread should not be taken seriously and only for fun.

Build a CPU as cheap as possible, which should include just the following:
Motherboard, Processor, RAM, HDD, PSU, Cabinet
The configuration should run Windows 7 Basic and Office 2007. Yes, it's an office pc.
Use Atom processors if that is the final option.

The winner will receive a packet of Britannia Tiger biscuits(used).

P.S. stealing is not an option

Laptop ddr3 ram 2gb Hynix @ 650
local cabinet with psu circle, iball, zebronics what ever :) @ 1200-1400
hdd wd 250 gb @ 3550
total 8750
more cheap ?
hdd segate 80gb ide @ 1600
with 2 in 1 IDE to SATA / SATA to IDE Adapter Converter @ 100
total 6900

windows 7 ready office 2007 ready :evil:
