CDMA Handset Suggestion Required

Uhu, Not Gonna Happen!
Mobile Number Portability is here. I want to change my service provider from Vodafone to Reliance. I want to keep this number as I am using it for past 6 years. As I am heavy texter, so Reliance's 1ps/sms plan is really superb for me, plus they charge all outgoings on roaming@ 50ps/min. It is no nonsense plan which suits me best.

Could you guys please suggest me a CDMA phone just for texting and making/receiving calls. I am fine with any kind of phone. If it is without camera also, it will do. Touchscreen, non-touch, doesn't matter. Colored screen is preferred though (I don't want to be seen as someone living in stone age (no offence meant to anyone still using such phones))

I already have another BSNL 3G connection and N85 for internet access and multimedia usage.

but in Bangalore, I do not think they operate smart.
Anyways, thanks for letting me know, I will definitely check it out. :)

"Smart" brand-name has been discontinued. That's probably why you're not finding it. Get a Reliance GSM sim-card.

basically Reliance Telecom introduced Smart in eastern India & other circles as GSM services, later Reliance Communications roll out Reliance GSM in other circles.
Both thing is almost same, apart from the APN for GPRS access
For SMART users: smartnet
For RGSM users: rcomnet
